Pascal Institute publishes research, analysis, ratings, forecasts, and educational material about decision-making under uncertainty. Forecasts and Ratings
Ratings, expected margins, win probabilities, and other forecasts are estimates produced by models. They are uncertain by nature and can be wrong. We publish our methods and score our past expectations against results so that you can judge their reliability for yourself. You are responsible for any decision you make using them.

We may change, correct, or remove content at any time. Published Power Rankings expectations are not changed after publication, except to correct a documented error, which we note on the page.
